Swarambh is an odyssey of 450 like minded Dreamers together on a Single train which travels 5000 Kilometers visiting 15 Transformers at 15 odd Stations round the clock 400 Hours in Maharashtra completing 1 Circuit with Entrepreneurship Development as the finish line.
The vision is to create an entrepreneurs web by exploring national odyssey of entrepreneurial success.
The mission is to build an entrepreneurs circuit towards nation building through development within the sparkling and ignited dreamers of India. To channelize the crusade power successfully converting them into change makers, by exploring to those transformers of Maharashtra who have made their startup as one of the worlds recognized industries and individuals who have followed their dream creating a self identity with an iconic image in societal transformation.
The Concept
Swarambh Yatra is an annual train journey across Maharashtra to
inspire social business entrepreneurship among young graduates. 450
selected dreamers travel along with mentors on a 15-day odyssey across
the state to meet change makers and see innovations at grassroots.
Swarambh is an incorporation of two words Swatah + Aarambh. It means “the beginning from self”.
Swarambh Yatra is not a tour or a joy ride but a physical and
intellectual adventure with a group of likeminded individuals, to
unleash the inner potential.
Swarambh is a youth odyssey of 450 selected likeminded Dreamers (20 - 25 Age) together on a single train which travels 5000 Kilometers visiting 15 Transformers at 15 odd Stations round the clock 400 Hours in Maharashtra completing 1 Circuit with Entrepreneurship Development as the finish line.

Why Swarambh?
You have heard this many times & is audible always that ‘An Idea
can change your life’. Well, we are not talking about the advertisement
but we can generalize it to our concept of Entrepreneurship. Swarambh
Yatra is organized by Swapnapurti Education and Research Foundation, an
education focused NGO founded in 2009. From then we are addressing
workshops on Entrepreneurship and Campus to Corporate in various
educational institutes at Mumbai & Pune for Engineering & MBA
students. We identified that...
Reason/Example:
A student learns 30-40 subjects out here at M.B.A, but does anyone
feel them practical. Practical we are not taking about the workshop
trainings but as before to reality. Study says only 15% of the students
try it out practical & 85% remains bookish. These 15% turn out to be
great leaders & 85% to great followers…..Also the fact is 85% of
companies hire based upon your attitude & 15% to how smart you are
at studies. What after these two years, majority of the people in this
classroom would be stepping towards placement with luxurious salaries,
perks, lavish homes & bank balance.
Anyone has thought of back-up plans? They play counter strike, have
they ever tried at least a game to practical learning, that what will be
a career back up?
What if they don’t get placement?
What if recession struck?
Are they going to sit idle all these days, no & they should not.
They should pick up the drill and start digging the gold mine, and dig
it unless they don’t find gold.
We will provide them this drill and a technique how to dig it...
The youths selected will be from different backgrounds but towards
one aspiration, gains knowledge from the experiences shared by
transformers. The odyssey provides future entrepreneurs build ground for
themselves by networking with other dreamers and professional who have
been on the same journey of entrepreneurship for years long. The long
stretch of Maharashtra from East to West and North to South allows the
dreamers to identify their wisdom and build strategies around for
setting up an enterprise.
Prime Focus
The youth today are energized and they are highly inspired when see it live from their real transformers.
The majority of young population belongs to the Indian sub-continent.
Almost it comprises one-third of the total population of world. Based
on this, the number of Entrepreneurs ratio every year is more than any
other part of the globe. Swarambh Yatra’s prime focus is this population
of Future Entrepreneurs, the dreamers of today; those will create large
number of new ventures which will proportionally increase job
opportunities. Overall reducing unemployment and migration of people to
other parts of the country or globe.

Beneficiaries and Benefits
The beneficiaries of the yatra are the dreamers of today; those who
want to set up a socio-economic enterprise but do not have the guidance
and mentorship. The dreamers on board will be selected from across India
and abroad through a rigorous selection process. Thereafter, we will
continue to support the dreamers in the future as they create their
enterprises. The unsung transformers will share their life experiences
which will trigger the selected dreamers and increase their motivation
of enterprising themselves and that’s “the beginning from self”.
