MR. ANANT SARDESHMUKH

Mr. Sardeshmukh is B.Sc. graduate with Masters in Labour Welfare and Industrial Relations from Bombay Labour Institute, Bombay University (M.L.W. & I.R.) and Masters in Business Administration (USA) with special emphasis on Finance and Marketing alongside Pursuing Ph.D on ‘SMEs of India’.

A man with over 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Non Banking Finance especially in Lease and Hire Purchase, Consumer Finance and Banking. His Experience also extends to other areas of General Management, Taxation, Accounts, Personnel Management, Industrial relations.

Anant has worked at senior positions for Companies such as Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd., 20th Century Kinetic Finance Ltd., Deepak Nitrite Ltd., FDC Ltd.

Currently holding the position of Director General at Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries & Agriculture, Pune, a proactive Chamber in the region, working as the CEO, looking after overall management of secretariat. “MCCIA is a promotional body for furtherance of Trade, Industry and Commerce and is an effective agency in recommending various policy matters to Central, State and Local Self Government. The Chamber is also instrumental in bringing and developing infrastructure and interacting with Govt. agencies like the Municipal Commissioners, Divisional Commissioners, Collector, Commissioners of Central Excise, Custom, Income Tax, Sales Tax, MIDC, MSEB.”

MR. TEHSEEN POONAWALA

Tehseen Poonawala, is a columnist with several newspapers, magazines and a keen observer of emerging socio-political trends. He is a regular guest on television and news channels articulating his view points on matters of national importance, representing the face of a young India. Well read and extremely aware, Tehseen combines his good oratory skills and political understanding to give a new and relevant perspective that will shape India in the years to come.

Dapper and extremely stylish Tehseen is a regular on the party circuit and is often featured on Page 3 as well as various fashion magazines.

Tehseen is an entrepreneur involved with the hospitality, fitness and entertainment industry and has also been associated with several initiatives like the Pune Marathon, Pune International Film Festival (PIFF) and the much acclaimed Pune Festival.

He was a Consultant to the Organizing Committee of the 19th Commonwealth Games held in Delhi in 2010 where he rendered his professional services pro-bono and channelized the proceeds of his consultancy fees back into the Games.

Mr. Poonawala is extremely passionate about the NGO INDIA at 2047 through which he wishes to reach out and help transform the lives of those less fortunate; also headed the membership vertical for Young Indians (Yi), the Youth Wing of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and he firmly believes that the only way India can truly be a sustainable superpower is by ensuring that high growth is partnered with social equity.

Currently Tehseen shuttles between Pune and Delhi, his second home where he has been consulting several leaders in the field of politics, media and social entrepreneurship.

A political commentator Tehseen's desire is to see the youth of India play a constructive role in the task of nation building and is currently in the process of writing his first book.

MR. SANJEEV KESKAR

Sanjeev Keskar has served as Managing Director of Sales, India & SEA, at PMC-Sierra since January 2010. Prior to this appointment he was Country Manager, Sales, at Freescale Semiconductor from 2005 to 2009 where he led design win and revenue growth for the India sales operations. Prior to that Mr. Keskar was the Country Manager, India, for AMD Far East Ltd. from 2001 to 2005. There he started the company’s India operations as the first Country Manager with a three person team and established AMD India in four years with all major OEM and channel wins. Mr. Keskar has also held senior management positions at National Semiconductor, Max India Ltd. (Avnet India), and Continental Device India Ltd. Overall, he has more than 27 years of experience and has spent 22 years in semiconductor sales. Mr. Keskar received a Master’s degree in Management Science and a Bachelor’s of Engineering and Technology from Pune University.
