Mr. Ankit Kabra
Mr. Ankit Kabra is a founder member of SERF, based in Pune, Maharashtra is a graduate from University of Pune. Earlier working as a program Incharge, Ankit has addressed career guidance workshops
& counseled more than 30K + students of X, XI & XII std. at distinct
places from Pan Maharashtra & mostly North Karnataka also covered by many leading newspapers. As a powerful orator and motivator he has been invited from renowned institutions including PUMBA, KJ Somaiya, DY Patil, MMIT & JSPM to conduct Guest Lectures on Entrepreneurship, Campus 2 Corporate and Training & Development for Engineering & MBA students.
While being a part of the delegation programs and camps on Development Dialogue at the Deshpande Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, Hubli and Development Assessment Centre (DAC) by Pravah NGO, New Delhi (Supported by Sir Ratan Tata Trust & Ashoka Global Innovators), he has gathered wide knowledge that helps in the successful implementation of values in the student oriented industries.

University of Pune, he was also the Semifinalist in the 2010 Dell Social Innovation Competition recognized from The RGK Centre for Philanthropy and Community Service at The University of Texas at Austin.
He loves to write inspirational poems, articles and have co-edited a book for young aspirants on career avenues "career kaTTa - your career guardian".
Dr. Suyog Bhavare
Doctor by profession Suyog Bhavare is an Ayurvedic Consultant based at
Nashik, Maharashtra. After serving at various hospitals across Pune,
Kolhapur & Nashik Dr. Suyog is a founder member of SERF and also
runs Arogyam Chikitsalaya. He has been bright student across all his
years of education right from his SSC to BAMS. Towards his passion for
social work Dr. Suyog spends most of his time for social organisations
offering free medical check up & blood donation camps. He has
conducted in-depth research to formalize medicine for "Otalgia" in
E.N.T. department
Dr. Suyog as intertwined 'E bole to Enterprise' on community radio Jago
Mumbai 90.8 FM in 20012 and has won 4th prize in script writing at
national level in 2006.
He also works as a tutor for Ayurveda and is a co-founder of Nashik
Blood Bank. He is an Ex-Yatri of Jagriti Yatra 2008, since 2009 he
accompanies Jagriti Yatra as an organizing core team member & was
appointed as Ayurveda Doctor on Board with appreciations from Board of
Directors.
In 2005, he played chess at university level also has written an
informative book in 2009, 'Swine Fears' on Auyurvedic approach towards
Swine Flu.
Mr. Sanket Jadhav
Born on 2nd November in the year 1987 in Nasik Maharashtra Mr. Sanket Jadhav Sanket completed his basic education from Swami Vivekananda English School, Nasik and Diploma in Information and Technology (I.T.) from Guru Gobind Singh Polytechnic of Nasik. Love to get him as well as others involved on common social platform for various upliftment activities by his sparkling dimple smile. So far Sanket has been an initiator of various platforms; Earlier as a as a General Secretary in Guru Gobind Singh Polytechnic, Nashik then volunteer at Akhil Bhartiya Marathi Sahitya Sammelan held in Nasik, he moved on to be a member of Corporate Social responsibilities (CSR) core Committee in WNS and Maersk conducting many events like Food Grains distribution in Anath Ashram Sept'09 and had campaigned "Be a Santa" during the Christmas'09. Adding to industrial credits Sanket has bagged Best New Comer award of the Year'09 and Best Performance "Kirtikara award" in Feb'10 in his kitty at WNS. A professional certified trainer to conduct Process, System, Basic Etiquettes and A2Z training on Communication Skills & Personality Development. He is core committee member of Swapnapurti and is Currently Working with Synechron Technologies as Senior Associate, Operations.Mr. Gaurav Garg
Mr. Gaurav Garg is an alumni of IIT-BHU, Varanasi and currently a Metallurgy/Corrosion Engineer in U.A.E. He has presented paper & research work at NACE 2013 Corrosion Conference, Orlando, Florida, USA (Paper accepted), NACE Top of Line Corrosion Conference 2012, Bangkok, Thailand (Presented research work), Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) 2011, Seoul, South Korea & International Youth Forum Seliger (INTERSELIGER) 2011, Russia
He is a Teach for India fellow in teaching as he likes to guide juniors which he also does at IIT-BHU as a training/placement co-ordinator & a respected alumni.

Gaurav is a recipient of Gandhi Jubilee Medal for the best all round performer at undergraduate level also a winner of 2010 IIT-BHU student leadership award for his exemplary leadership qualities. He is a Haryana state level yoga player and meditation expert with a regular blood donor.
